A Reset in Geopolitics!

When we saw our Prime Minister in Tianjin very comfortable with Xi Jimping and Vladimir Putin, it sent a message to all of us and also to Donald Trump. It was about a change in world order. India is a land of 1.45 Billion and with China's population of 1.4 Billion, boasts of around 2.8 Billion . President Xi Jimping in his opening remarks in the bilateral with India said - New Delhi and Beijing should “remain friends” and foster good neighbourly ties so that the “dragon and the elephant can dance together” in mutual success.

Earlier President Donald Trump's Tarrif advisor Peter Navarro said -"Everybody in America loses because of what India is doing. The consumers and businesses and everything lose, and workers lose because India's high tariffs cost us jobs, factories and income and higher wages. And then the taxpayers lose because we got to fund Modi's war,"

When asked if he actually meant "Putin's war" instead, Mr Navarro said: "I mean Modi's war, because the road to peace runs, in part, through New Delhi".

India is now keenly watched by all the world as it is propelled as the key player in all this geo political issues.

Already the tarrifs by President Trump has impacted various areas- like garments, fish/shrimps, machine parts, polished stones/diamonds etc. In various western countries we see uprising against migrants. The world is clearly moving to a reset or transition. Existing patterns are changing, societal uprisings, climatic changes and advent of new diseases clearly has put mankind into a panic mode.

The flight captain issues signs of fastening the seat belt as the aircraft goes to turbulence. That's the same mentality we need to have.

Its going to be bumpy, every move and decision is going to make a difference-meanwhile stay calm , be positive and don't panic!
